Canine Respiratory Illness
We have had many questions about the mystery of respiratory illness affecting dogs in certain states. As of right now, we have not seen many of these cases at Riverside, and none of them were serious.
Symptoms of this upper respiratory Illness may include:
Coughing that doesn’t get better on its own after a week or so
Sneezing
Nasal or eye discharge
Lethargy
Trouble breathing, especially with noticeable abdominal effort
Bluish or purple gums, due to lack of oxygen

With a wealth of experience and expertise in veterinary medicine, she leads our dedicated team with compassion and professionalism.

All the vets and assistants are super caring. I only take my fur kids there. The ladies from the front desk are friendly and they go above and beyond to help.
Dr. Lagasse is amazing. I have a stubborn cat who can become very angry when at the vet, making it hard for most to manage. Instead of sedating her (others have only worked on her if sedated) Dr. Lagasse was able to do a visit AND lab work! Impressed, amazed, and very thankful.
